Speaking at AIIM 2009

I have received confirmation that I will be speaking at AIIM 2009 Conference and Exposition, scheduled for March 30 - April 2, 2009 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia. This marks my seventh consecutive year of speaking at AIIM - thanks to Jennifer Marcus and the folks at Questex for selecting me again.

I am presenting two sessions this year.
1. "How to Manage Your Email Better - By Managing Less of It!" This session addresses email management from the perspective of the individual user and suggests strategies for reducing the amount of email sent and received and therefore to be managed.

2. "Blogs & Wikis in the Enterpise" This is a distillation of my separate sessions from ARMA 2008 on enterprise blogging and enterprise wikiing. Because it's a short session and I have to cover both I expect I will focus primarily on enterprise uptake and use cases and secondarily on enterprise capabilities and offerings.
