Live Online RIM Playbook Workshop Scheduled for June 2024

A couple of days ago I posted that I was back to teaching the AIIM CIP Prep course. Today I'm pleased to announce my second course offering, Building and Sustaining Your RIM Program with a RIM Playbook. I've delivered a presentation introducing the RIM Playbook to more than a dozen ARMA chapters and conferences over the last couple of years.

This workshop builds on that, and gives you the opportunity to really get "hands-on" and build your own Playbook and plays. This is not "death by PowerPoint" - in fact, there will be some assigned reading before the first class session. Most of our time will be spent on building the Playbook and building the plays. We'll also have an assessment at the end.

While you won't get your entire Playbook done in just 6 hours, you will build some plays. And you'll leave the course with a template that you've started to fill in and the knowledge of how to finish it.

The course is scheduled for June 4 and 6, 2024. Each session is 3 hours and is scheduled from 12:00 - 3:00 pm MDT.
