ARMA International has opened its annual call for nominations to serve on the association's Board of Directors. ARMA is seeking to fill 2 Director positions for a three-year term from July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2027.

The qualifications to serve as a Director can be found at https://cdn.ymaws.com/armainternational.site-ym.com/resource/resmgr/files/boardelection/2024/2023-2024_director_qualifica.pdf. One key qualification: you must have served on the board of directors, an ARMA International Committee, or a chapter board, for at least one year within the previous 5 years. You must also have been a member in good standing for the previous 5 years.
ARMA's Election and Campaign Policy. I would strongly encourage candidates to read it to be sure you can live with it. I know previous candidates have been told, or at least strongly encouraged, to stop blogging, writing, podcasting, etc. I was one of them when I ran for the board in 2006, and I've heard the same from at least one other candidate since then.
Nominations must be submitted by December 4, 2023. Additional candidate materials are required to be submitted by December 11, 2023.
